Dear Colleagues
It is hard
to believe that another year has passed, but it has been a busy year
for the NMCA, with many good times and some sad times.
It is good to see that members are using the “List Serve”
to communicate with each other. Without the exchange of information,
we, as a profession and individuals, would be isolated from local and
national issues that affect our practices each and every day. The NMCA
has made great strides in the past two years to bring the changing tide
of information to New Mexico DC’s.
The NMCA is also more active in the political arena to ensure that all
New Mexico DC’s can deliver the best care possible to their present
and future patients. I would like to personally thank the DC’s
that have taken time out of their practices to give Chiropractic care
at the Roundhouse during the legislative sessions. You have made a difference
in the minds and hearts of the legislators with your gifts of skill
and knowledge. Thank You.
I have seen the NMCA grow into a more service-orientated organization,
to serve its members and the Chiropractic profession in New Mexico.
This growth has only come about by individual doctors giving of their
time and talents to serve the profession.
The NMCA is your voice in New Mexico. Make your voice louder, with more
authority by becoming a member. Your membership voice will then be heard
at the state and national levels to bring the Chiropractic Profession
into the 21st Century.
I would like to wish each and every DC in New Mexico a Merry Christmas
and a Happy and prosperous New Year. Thank you for allowing me to serve
you and the profession.
Yours in Health,
Dr. M. E. Brown, DC
President, NMCA
